A New Retail Truck Wash in Columbus, Minnesota

We’ve just completed start-up on a brand-new retail truck wash designed and manufactured by InterClean: The Mother Truckin’ Wash in Columbus, Minnesota.

This project represents what InterClean does best. It brings together engineering, manufacturing, and project execution to deliver a wash system that performs in the real world. From the earliest design stages through final start-up, this build was a true team effort.

InterClean’s engineering team worked closely to design and specify a fully loaded retail truck wash system tailored for high-throughput, heavy-duty vehicles. This design then moved to our manufacturing facility in Ypsilanti, Michigan. It was brought to life by a dedicated team of fabricators, welders, panel builders, assemblers, and shipping professionals. Throughout the process, our project managers coordinated every detail to keep the build on track from concept to start-up.

The finished system delivers a premium retail wash experience. It offers both friction and touchless wash programs to meet different customer preferences and vehicle conditions. Additional features include a high-performance spinner chassis wash, underbody salt-blocking protectant application to help combat corrosion. It also has a spot-free rinse for a clean finish, and powerful blowers for efficient water reclaim and recycling. Together, these components provide thorough clean, protection, and fast turnaround for trucks moving through the wash.
