The heavy duty cleaning systems InterClean has designed uses recycled water to remove heavy mud build up in rubber tire or track vehicles. Spraying water at relatively low pressure, but high volumes provide the impact needed to blast away heavy buildup in a matter of minutes. The heart of these wash systems is the method for recycling the wash water effectively and efficiently. InterClean Equipment’s EQ100 design uses settling, filtering, cyclonic separation, circulation and aeration to provide a continuous supply of recycled water used for manual or automatic washing applications. The EQ100 can be used as the water recycling module or a more customized system can be designed when a more demanding solution is required. The module is pre-plumbed, pre-wired with its own panel to control the internal functions including water level adjustment and monitoring motor controls and alarms and is mounted to a skid. The water recycling modules are designed to automatically backwash the filter, circulate and aerate the wash water. These features prevent bad odors associated with many water recycling systems and is virtually maintenance free.
