InterClean has developed commercial wash systems to wash all those vehicles that cannot go through commercial car wash systems. InterClean commercial truck wash systems wash all heavy vehicles in the same fashion and to the same quality that commercial car wash systems wash automobiles. InterClean, together with its European operating partners, has initiated a program called MYTRUCKWASH. The goal is to install over 100 retail truck wash systems both in North America and in Europe by the end of 2007. Fully automated commercial truck wash systems designed by InterClean can produce over 30 clean trucks per hour with only one employee. The InterClean commercial truck wash systems are the most advanced and the largest vehicle wash systems ever built for any vehicular washing application in the world. The InterClean commercial truck wash design allows the system to operate continuously using recycled water — even while the settling pits are being emptied and cleaned. The pits are emptied of liquids automatically while the dried sludge is removed by the use of a Bobcat and roll-off containers. InterClean does not design and build wash systems that use deadly hydrofluoric acid in any part of cleaning. InterClean opposes the use of hydrofluoric acid in any form in vehicle washing. A typical full-scale commercial truck wash facility will require an investment of $1.5 to $2.0 million, depending on the value of the real estate.
