InterClean developed and installed a bio security wash system for FarBest Foods in Huntingburg, IN. Trucks filled with turkey cages are washed in 90 seconds with a simple drive through method.

The patented InterClean bio security wash eliminates several hours of manual labor washing and sanitizing poultry cages after the unloading.

All bio residue is alternately blasted from both sides followed by a sanitizing spray. In the case of avian flu or another epidemic, sanitizing agents can be added to the high pressure water for further bacteria control.

In South Carolina InterClean standard truck wash systems are used for washing and sanitizing all trucks leaving a chicken feed plant.  The standard system is used with an additional disinfecting arch.
